About

Utilizing an extensive background in treating a variety of athletes as a Physical Therapist, I saw the need for early programming to reduce injury and prevent extensive rehabilitation. Incorporating many of the same principles used in advanced orthopedic rehab programs for athletes, I have utilized my background as a certified personal trainer to develop comprehensive online programs that improve physiologic and biomechanical deficits that often lead to injury in sports and occupation.
